These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 888zh ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://888zh.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the 888zh Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the 888zh Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law (you bear sole responsibility for verifying this).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of 888zh, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You have not been self-excluded from this or any other gambling platform and are not subject to any exclusion order from a regulatory authority.
• You are not diagnosed with or currently seeking treatment for a gambling addiction, or if you are, you have sought and received clearance from a relevant professional.
• All information provided during registration is truthful, current and complete.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 888zh will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. Any activity carried out through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

4.3 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate, complete and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure without obligation to return funds where fraud is confirmed.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

888zh is required to verify the identity of Users as part of its compliance obligations. You may be asked to submit identification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at our discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction, as displayed on the cashier page. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced on the Platform for informational context only. Their availability as active deposit channels at any given time must be independently verified on the cashier page. Reference to these providers does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or confirmation that they support gambling transactions.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied and any relevant wagering conditions on bonus funds have been met. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The Platform reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and processing timelines as published in the cashier section.

5.3 Currency

The Platform supports transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the primary displayed currency, alongside other supported currencies as indicated at checkout. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the Platform and may vary from interbank rates. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

888zh may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only and may not be transferable between accounts.
• Each bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be completed within the specified time window before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonus funds are generally used after Real Money funds have been wagered, unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, household, device, IP address or payment method.
• The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, reasonable notice will be given before cancellation where practicable.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or multi-accounting — constitutes bonus abuse. In such cases, bonuses and any derived winnings will be forfeited and the Account may be suspended.

All bets and gaming activity are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all Services:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User unless the Platform expressly provides a "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" function and the User exercises it within the permitted window.
• The Platform's system records are the definitive record of all bets placed and outcomes determined. In the event of a dispute between a User's records and the Platform's records, the Platform's records shall prevail, subject to the User's right to lodge a formal dispute.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise concluded under exceptional circumstances, settlement rules as published in the relevant sport's rule section will apply.
• In the event of a software malfunction, system error or display error that results in incorrect odds, payouts or game outcomes being shown, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No additional compensation will be payable in such circumstances.
• Maximum winnings per bet or per gaming session may be capped. Users are advised to review published limits in the relevant game or sports section before wagering.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888zh Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or the financing of terrorism.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy or modify any part of the Platform's software, games or content.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other software to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in relation to sports events or casino games offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting identified software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to the Platform's support team.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by a third party, including as a nominee account for another person's gambling activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888zh, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or loss of anticipated savings — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or harmful components.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of 888zh to any User for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the 888zh Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces and data compilations — is the property of 888zh or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 888zh name and logo are trademarks of the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 888zh.

888zh reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC requirements within the stipulated period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from the User's payment provider.
• A User's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Legal, regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, 888zh reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and to deduct from it any amounts owed to the Platform, including any bonuses or winnings obtained through prohibited conduct. Where an Account is closed without cause by the Platform, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Users acknowledge that accessing the Platform from Pakistan does not subject the Platform to Pakistani jurisdiction in respect of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with a full written description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to a recognised independent dispute resolution body as specified in the Platform's licensing terms.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

888zh reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 11 above.
